Six weeks after the WTC attack.

Smoke still rises from ruins of the World Trade Center. Toxic chemicals and metals are being released into environment. Air, soil and water around Ground Zero contain benzene, PCBs, sulfur dioxide, lead, chromium, copper and zinc at levels high above federal standards.
